By accessing and using the Mobifina platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mobifina regarding your use of our operational systems and business process coordination services.
As a user of the Mobifina platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your internal business operations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Mobifina platform is designed for structuring informational content, coordinating operational processes, and managing organizational workflows. Access is provided on an "as-is" basis.
You may not use the platform to engage in activities that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property rights, or interfere with the platform's operation.
All content, features, and functionality on the Mobifina platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Mobifina and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. By submitting content, you grant Mobifina a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobifina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Mobifina for the use of the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Mobifina reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
